Job summary

Enver is seeking a senior 3D artist to lead visual development for a free-to-play VR game on Meta Quest. You will own environments, characters, props, effects, and UI, from concept to in-engine assets, while shaping the art direction and planning schedules for a small remote team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a 3D artist or generalist with at least one shipped title post-launch.
• Shipped VR or mobile work with tight performance budgets, ideally Meta Quest.
• Strong in full 3D pipeline: modeling, UVs, baking, texturing, and Unity integration.
• Environment art: set dressing, props, lighting, and terrain.
• Character art: stylized characters, skins, cosmetics read well in VR.
• Rigging, animation, and VFX for VR-ready assets.

Responsibilities

• Model, texture and ship game-ready 3D assets: environments, characters, props.
• Build VR environments with clear landmarks and good player visibility.
• Create VFX using VFX Graph or Particle System and simple shader work.
• Build UI and in-world interactives that function well in VR.
• Set up Unity assets: materials, prefabs, lighting, LODs, collision.
• Optimize for Meta Quest: draws, atlases, poly budgets, lighting costs.
• Help define art style and maintain consistency across the game.
• Plan art schedule with PM and distribute tasks across artists.
• Keep content shipping for live ops: cosmetics, maps, seasonal items.
• Collaborate daily with design, engineering and production in a remote team.
