Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of global, complex experience with multiple stakeholders.
• Management experience, preferably in financial services.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements with internal teams.
• Manage financial control through understanding department P&L and accruals to improve efficiency.
• Oversee cross-product regulatory and administrative duties with the team including risk and compliance matters.
• Execute vendor management activities including contract negotiation and processing.
• Provide oversight of critical reporting processes to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Ensure accurate headcount, real estate inventory, and onboarding/termination of resources.
• Collaborate with Technology to support People and Communication strategies for the department.
• Assess risk in business decisions and escalate control issues with transparency.
