Formación

• 10+ years in Retail and/or Business Banking operations with customer service focus.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing multi-tier teams.
• Experience in high-volume, complex service environments within a financial institution.
• Expertise in data analysis, process improvement methodologies, and strategic planning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to all Business Banking Service Delivery teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven process optimization and efficiency gains.
• Evaluate and redesign team structures; develop succession plans and leadership growth.
• Oversee performance management, metrics, and forecasting for service delivery operations.
• Champion exceptional client experience and manage relationships with internal partners and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, Citigroup policies, and risk controls.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and drive innovative service delivery models.
