Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Proven ability to operate at a senior level across cross-functional environments.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and aligning priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with structured techniques.
• Technical background with Java and mainframe environments.
• Hands-on use of JIRA and Confluence to manage backlogs and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of business analysts developing user stories for IVR, AI, and chatbot solutions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analysis.
• Manage team operations including work allocation, performance reviews, and staffing.
• Contribute to investment planning for the Voice and AI applications portfolio.
• Monitor multiple concurrent projects; identify risks and escalate issues.
• Define and uphold team standards for business analysis practice.
