Job summary

Citi is seeking a Vice President to lead AI Programme Engagement & Delivery within the Client Organisation AI Lead team. You will manage end-to-end AI initiatives, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment, and robust reporting across Credit, Marketing, Research, and Ventures.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a hybrid work model with significant opportunity to shape Citi's AI transformation agenda.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience in programme delivery, business management, PMO, or controls within financial services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for executive-ready reporting.
• Strong data analysis and visualisation abilities with an evidence-based approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks, internal controls, and documentation standards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA/CFA/CA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of the AI programme across multiple workstreams.
• Organise governance processes, track actions, and maintain decision logs.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, risk, and controls.
• Prepare concise programme reports for varied audiences from working teams to senior management.
• Provide data analysis, visualisation, and decision-support for programme decisions.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
