Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or related discipline at a senior level.
• Proven ability to manage analysts across concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track record of influencing senior leaders to align priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in dynamic environments.
• Working knowledge of Java and mainframe environments.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence for backlog and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of business analysts responsible for developing and refining user stories for engineering teams (IVR, AI, chatbot).
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analysis bridging business and engineering.
• Manage team operations: workload, performance, capacity planning, staffing.
• Contribute to investment planning for Voice and AI applications portfolio.
• Monitor multiple projects, identify risks, escalate issues.
• Define and uphold team standards for business analysis practice.
• Apply sound judgment balancing delivery pace with risk, compliance and Citi assets.
