You will market the Bank’s full product suite, lead deal sponsorship from underwriting to close, and work with the team to achieve budgeted financial goals while navigating regulatory requirements and risk

Qualifications

• Experience in venture technology banking and deal origination.
• Strong understanding of credit and regulatory requirements relevant to venture lending.
• Ability to develop and manage relationships with venture capital firms and growth tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination activities to grow deposits, loan commitments, and income while managing credit risk.
• Leverage networks to source high-quality loan opportunities and sponsor deals through underwriting and closing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key ecosystem contacts and guide junior bankers.
