Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, negotiate and execute lending opportunities.
• Deliver on budgeted deposits, loan commitments and cross-sales of banking products.
• Self-generate leads by calling on venture capital firms and life science companies.
• Lead deal sourcing, underwriting, approvals and closing without external counsel.
• Collaborate within a small team and follow established policies.
