Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in P&C insurance underwriting and delegated authority contexts.
• Proven ability to define underwriting strategy, governance, and portfolio performance measures.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across actuarial, risk, legal, and distribution partners.
• Experience managing programs with MGA/MGU relationships and delegated authorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth through disciplined portfolio management and capital deployment.
