Qualifications

• 15+ years in P&C Insurance in North America.
• Experience leading delegated authority relationships and programs.
• Strong track record in portfolio profitability and growth.
• Ability to partner with actuarial, risk, and executive teams.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge of US insurance markets and regional scaling.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the strategic vision for Everest Underwriting Partners.
• Drive profitable growth through disciplined portfolio management and capital deployment.
• Lead annual and multi-year business plans including production, retention and profitability goals.
• Identify market opportunities and partnerships to expand delegated authority.
• Represent Everest externally in delegated authority and program insurance communities.
• Oversee underwriting strategy, governance, and performance across programs.
