Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in leadership roles within P&C/insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Everest Underwriting Partners and drive profitable growth across delegated authorities.
• Oversee underwriting strategy, governance, and risk management for the portfolio.
• Lead negotiations, partnerships, and distribution strategies with MGAs, MGUs, and program administrators.
• Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, and expense management with data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with actuarial, risk, and finance teams to optimize capital deployment and performance.
