Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years manufacturing, distribution or purchasing experience with MRP, demand management and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with business statistics and algebra.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to Supply Chain teams and oversee daily activities.
• Analyze and resolve inventory issues and ensure plans align with goals.
• Communicate issues and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure timely execution of inventory plans and support manufacturing operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and policy implementations.
