Qualifications

• 15+ years of financial services industry experience.
• Experience in 40 act products.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction, retention, renewals, and profitability.
• Drive revenue and client growth with Business Development and Product teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Relationship Management team.
• Participate in board activities and cultivate senior level client partnerships.
• Escalate issues per policy and coordinate with executive management when needed.
