Job summary

Ultimus Fund Solutions is seeking a VP, Relationship Management to develop and retain key client and trust relationships and drive firm goals. This leadership role partners with service teams to expand wallet share, cross-sell services, and deliver industry-leading client service.

You will guide strategic relationship plans, provide consultative insights to clients and internal groups, manage risk, and support business development initiatives across funds and products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, financial services, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of financial services industry experience.
• Experience in 40 act products, asset management, asset servicing, business, and/or product strategy development.
• 5-7 years of management and leadership experience.
• Equivalent education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains client relationship strategies and account plans for assigned clients to address satisfaction, retention, profitability, and expansion.
• Executes on client trust board responsibilities including governance, reporting, and renewals where applicable.
• Fosters partnerships across Ultimus service departments to deepen client relationships and explore growth opportunities.
• Mentors associates and leads department performance through coaching and evaluations.
• Maintains client contact with centers of influence and senior management; communicates risk and status to Senior Management.
