• Leads underwriting guidelines, account solutions, and risk assessment for complex accounts.
• Partners with executives to expand client base and optimize premium growth.
• Sets department budgets, goals, and performance metrics; conducts appraisals.
• Manages recruitment, development, and policy direction for underwriters and staff.
