Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Managing Director to lead consultative campaigns across Security, Cloud, and Data domains—from contract signature through delivery—ensuring scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and business outcomes are met.

Reporting to Account Executives, the role supports full lifecycle engagement, from presales through delivery, and manages strategic projects to drive growth and profitability for Trace3's clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years in client relationships/account management.
• Experience in a technology or consulting company focused on Security, Cloud, and Data + Analytics (preferred).
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage complex programs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder management and engagement with senior leaders and sponsors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to identify opportunities and grow revenue.
• Own strategic planning, roadmap development, and delivery oversight for projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product, engineering and customer success.
• Prepare client proposals, reports, and forecasts for leadership and clients.
