Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a Senior VP of Retirement Plan Sales & Distribution in the United States to ignite Advisor-driven distribution for a fast-growing retirement platform.

You will leverage a deep 401(k)/ERISA background to expand sponsor relationships, drive RFPs, and win plans with a consultative, value-based approach, backed by a modern tech-forward platform and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of external retirement sales or wholesaling experience.
• Strong 401(k) / ERISA background with credibility among Advisors.
• Proven track record of sourcing and winning RFPs.
• Existing network you can activate on day one.
• Experience with recordkeepers, TPAs, asset managers, or carriers.
• Production-driven mindset with compensation tied to results.

Responsibilities

• Drive Advisor sourced retirement plan opportunities
• Activate existing Advisor relationships immediately
• Generate RFPs and win new plans
• Sell solutions, not products, in a consultative environment
• Partner with internal sales support for demos, prospecting, and RFP execution
