The ideal candidate will leverage extensive advisor networks, drive RFPs, and close plans, shaping retirement solutions for clients across the country.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of external retirement sales or wholesaling experience.
• Strong 401(k)/ERISA background and credibility with Advisors.
• Proven track record of sourcing and winning RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Drive Advisor sourced retirement plan opportunities.
• Activate existing Advisor relationships immediately.
• Generate RFPs and win new plans.
• Sell solutions — not products — in a consultative environment.
• Partner with internal sales support for demos, prospecting, and RFP execution.
• Represent a modern, tech forward retirement platform in Advisor and sponsor meetings.
