CPS Inc. is seeking a Senior VP, Retirement Plan Sales & Distribution to ignite advisor-driven distribution for 401(k) plans. The candidate should bring deep 401(k) and ERISA expertise with extensive advisor relationships and a track record of winning RFPs.

The role emphasizes selling solutions in a consultative, competitive environment, activating a broad advisor network, and partnering with internal teams to deliver demos and RFPs for a modern retirement platform.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of external retirement sales or wholesaling experience.
• Strong 401(k) / ERISA background and credibility with Advisors.
• Proven track record of sourcing and winning RFPs.
• A network you can activate on day one.
• Experience with recordkeepers, TPAs, asset managers, or carriers.
• Production driven mindset and comfort with compensation tied to results.

Responsibilities

• Drive Advisor sourced retirement plan opportunities.
• Activate existing Advisor relationships immediately.
• Generate RFPs and win new plans.
• Sell solutions - not products - in a consultative, competitive environment.
• Partner with internal sales support for demos, prospecting, and RFP execution.
• Represent a modern, tech forward retirement platform in Advisor and sponsor meetings.
