Qualifications

• 10+ years in retirement sales or wholesaling.
• Strong 401(k) / ERISA expertise.
• Proven track record of sourcing and winning RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Drive Advisor sourced retirement plan opportunities.
• Activate existing Advisor relationships immediately.
• Generate RFPs and win new plans.
• Sell solutions, not just products, in a consultative, competitive environment.
• Collaborate with internal sales support for demos, prospecting, and RFP execution.
• Represent a modern, tech-forward retirement platform in Advisor meetings.
