Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a Senior VP of Retirement Plan Sales & Distribution to ignite advisor-driven distribution for 401(k) plans nationwide. The role requires deep ERISA knowledge, extensive advisor relationships, and a proven track record of sourcing and winning RFPs.

You will lead consultative, solution-based selling, partner with internal sales support for demos and RFP execution, and represent a modern, tech-forward retirement platform in advisor and sponsor meetings.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of external retirement sales or wholesaling experience.
• Strong 401(k) / ERISA background and credibility with Advisors.
• A proven track record of sourcing and winning RFPs.
• A network you can activate on day one.
• Experience with recordkeepers, TPAs, asset managers, or carriers.
• Production-driven mindset with compensation tied to results.
• Designations like QKA, QPA, CPC are a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Advisor sourced retirement plan opportunities
• Activate existing Advisor relationships immediately
• Generate RFPs and win new plans
• Sell solutions - not products - in a consultative, competitive environment
• Partner with internal sales support for demos, prospecting, and RFP execution
• Represent a modern, tech forward retirement platform in Advisor and sponsor meetings
