Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Vice President, Product Solutioner to join the Asset Servicing team in Boston, MA. This senior role shapes and delivers integrated product solutions across the portfolio, translating client and market needs into viable constructs and guiding them through the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Risk and Finance to ensure solutions are commercially viable and scalable, while modeling BNY's values and driving growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total experience.
• Advanced product solution design and requirements analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Proven strategic and analytical capabilities including data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of complex product solutions (features, packaging, pricing, delivery model) synthesizing client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as principal solution architect for designated product domains with defined requirements and success metrics.
• Drive solution discovery and validation activities (use-case definition, prototyping, client pilots) with clients and front-office teams.
• Provide thought leadership on product solution strategy by monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies and recommending scalable solutions.
• Govern solution delivery and adoption by establishing clear acceptance criteria and coordinating with change, training and go-to-market teams.
• Coach peers on best practices in solution design, stakeholder management and risk-aware decision-making.
