Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in product management within securities finance or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of securities lending, collateral, and financing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision and multi-year roadmaps for Securities Finance products.
• Own business requirements, feature definitions, and business cases aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with technology and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and platform modernization.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to support go-to-market and product adoption.
• Oversee product performance, risk, and controls via KPIs and governance forums.
