Job summary

Corvias is seeking a Senior Vice President, New Development to lead strategy, development, and transactions for multi‑family housing and other housing infrastructure within the Military segment. The role is hands‑on, focusing on pursuing growth with partners and negotiating contracts to achieve outcomes.

You will guide senior stakeholders, manage complex opportunities, and oversee governance and transition documents to ensure delivery against the partnership model and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a similar field is required; MBA/ advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years’ progressive experience executing strategic initiatives and growing opportunities in an established region or with existing clients.
• Experience with public‑private partnerships, government contracts, or related sectors is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, delivery, dependencies, and large‑scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as asset and development manager representative for new multi‑family development and other housing infra opportunities.
• Develop and implement project strategies to maximize asset fees and partnership value.
• Collaborate with the Army and partners to meet housing needs and project goals.
• Lead negotiations, due diligence, and contract governance within a partnership structure.
• Oversee multiple complex growth targets and drive end‑to‑end execution with partner teams.
