Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a President, Energy to drive strategy and execution for energy efficiency, generation, and resiliency solutions within DoD programs. The role demands leadership across matrixed teams, strong stakeholder engagement, and a data-driven, execution-focused approach.

The candidate will own contracts, build partnerships, and lead large-scale offerings from strategy to award, delivering long-term revenue and scalable infrastructure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 20+ years of senior leadership experience in enterprise growth or defense-adjacent industries.
• Proven record of winning and scaling Dow contracts and complex procurements.
• Experience leading capture and business development for government customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated market and contracts strategy for the DOW.
• Lead end-to-end business development, capture planning, and contract execution.
• Own revenue growth, pricing strategy, and margin management for energy services.
• Align Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology around growth goals.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a diverse senior leadership team.
