Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise mortgage staff and departments; oversee mortgage lending policies and underwriting standards.
• Develop and implement residential mortgage lending objectives, programs, and practices.
• Manage mortgage loan pipelines and relationships with internal departments and external partners.
• Interface with vendors, regulators, and legal counsel to ensure compliance and service quality.
• Establish annual income and expense budgets for the Mortgage Lending Department.
