Job summary

Levo Credit Union in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks a forward-thinking Senior Vice President, Member Services, to lead Lending, Branch and Recovery Services. You will guide strategic goals with the executive team to grow the credit union and elevate member experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in financial services with at least 5 years in a senior management position; a master’s degree is preferred. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of related financial institution experience with at least five years in senior management.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the management of the member experience to ensure a profitable outcome.
• Oversee the strategies for lending, branch services, and recovery functions; direct reports include VP of Lending, VP of Branch Services and AVP of Recovery Services.
• Lead, develop and implement strategies to maximize the organization’s performance and employee engagement.
• Promote operational efficiencies through data analysis, workforce planning, and streamlined workflows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards across all operational areas.
