Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of 15 years of Property & Casualty experience.
• Experience managing large, sophisticated accounts.
• Excellent digital literacy, including MS Office Suite.
• Must have an active Property & Casualty license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Retains and grows client business by cultivating relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Drives renewal processes with client-specific strategies.
• Coordinates renewal strategies with brokers.
• Facilitates relationships between clients, ARS and insurers.
• Ensures service delivery aligns with client needs and costs.
