Aon Corporation in New York City seeks an Account Executive, Vice President to manage and grow key client relationships. You will lead client service teams, drive renewal strategies, and coordinate with brokers to deliver value and profitability across a major book of business.

We are looking for a leader who is responsible for the day-to-day, account management of Aon’s relationships with assigned clients as their primary role. You will lead client service teams to identify and meet client needs and thereby retain and grow a profitable book of business. Through service, pricing, consultation and reporting, you will promote the value Aon delivers to clients.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $220,000. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
For positions in San Francisco and Los Angeles, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction record in accordance with local Fair Chance ordinances.
