Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Vice President of Information Technology to lead a growing, employee-owned engineering firm’s technology strategy and operations. You will oversee IT, security, infrastructure, and enterprise systems, while partnering with executives to drive growth and client service.

You will shape the technology roadmap, manage budgets and vendors, and build a high-performing IT team to enable collaboration, efficiency, and innovative solutions across offices.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience leading enterprise information technology functions.
• Demonstrated record of developing and executing technology strategies with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary technology organizations through subordinate leaders.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, networking, and governance.
• Experience overseeing software engineering or application development functions.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, licensing, and technology investment decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise systems.
• Lead data and emerging technologies initiatives, including AI and automation.
• Manage IT budget, procurement, vendor relationships, and total cost of ownership.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT organization through leaders and teams.
• Partner with executives to align technology with growth and client service.
