Halff Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Vice President of Information Technology to lead the technology function for a growing, employee‑owned engineering firm.

The role drives strategy, people, systems, and infrastructure to enable collaboration, client service, and complex project delivery across offices. Ideal candidate has enterprise IT leadership experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to balance strategic transformation with operational excellence, including governance and risk

Qualifications

• It is preferred to have significant progressive experience leading enterprise IT functions.
• Demonstrated record of developing and executing technology strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading large multifaceted tech organizations through subordinate leaders.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, cloud/hybrid infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Set technology strategy and multi-year roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, security, and end-user support across offices.
• Lead data governance, software engineering, and enterprise applications.
• Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, licensing, and procurement.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology organization.
