Judi Health in New York, NY is seeking a Vice President, Health Plan, Health System, & TPA Client Services to lead strategic growth, retention, and the overall success of its client portfolio. This executive role partners with senior client stakeholders, account teams, and cross-functional leaders to drive outcomes and resolve complex challenges.

You will guide renewals, expand opportunities, and ensure delivery across product, operations, clinical, network, regulatory, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in health administration, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in PBM, health plan or payer services.
• Proven track record managing executive-level client relationships and complex accounts.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in regulated healthcare markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Health Plan, Health System, and TPA client relationships.
• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships.
• Identify growth, expansion, and retention opportunities.
• Lead renewals and strategic opportunities with Sales and Account Management.
