Job summary

Digitas Boston is seeking an outstanding Senior VP/Group Account Director to lead growth and drive strategic client engagements. You will develop high-level plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and influence senior clients through deep digital knowledge.

Responsibilities include building senior relationships, delivering integrated programs, and owning financials while mentoring teams. Travel as needed to support client and agency goals.

Qualifications

• Passion for marketing with a proven track record of delivering great work.
• MBA degree plus four years of college; 15+ years in interactive marketing or digital client leadership.
• Understanding of how marketing, creative, planning, media, tech and analytics integrate.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication and presentation skills.
• Extensive marketing knowledge across Mobile and Social media.
• Ability to grow existing client relationships.
• Familiarity with prompt-based AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level strategic plans and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Grow senior-level client relationships based on trust and business development.
• Create insight-driven integrated marketing programs across media.
• Present concise, insightful client recommendations and manage expectations.
• Own client financials: forecasts, budgets, and contracts; support leadership.
