Job summary

Digitas in Boston seeks a Senior VP/Group Account Director to lead strategic client work and cross-functional teams. You will shape high-level digital marketing programs and own client relationships, with emphasis on insights-driven approaches and strong leadership across the Digitas Boston Senior Leadership Team.

You bring 15+ years of experience in integrated marketing or a digital scope, MBA, and proven ability to grow existing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for marketing and proven success in bringing work to life.
• Four years of college education and an MBA degree with 15+ years’ experience.
• Strong, established history of interactive experience and client leadership in integrated marketing or digital scope.
• Understanding of how marketing, creative, planning, media, technology, and analytics integrate.
• Superior analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Extensive marketing knowledge across mobile and social media.
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level strategic plans and effectively utilize cross-functional teams.
