DG Solar Company in Denver, CO seeks a Senior Vice President to lead capital formation, structured finance, and underwriting for community solar, energy storage and DG assets. You will shape financing strategies, manage relationships with banks, investors and tax equity providers, and drive end-to-end financing processes.

Reporting to the CFO, you will build scalable financial models, set underwriting standards, and lead a high-performing finance team to support growth and value creation across

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics or related field required.
• MBA/CFA/CPA or other advanced degree preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in capital markets, project finance or renewable energy finance.
• Track record of raising and structuring capital for solar, energy storage or related assets.
• Experience with debt, tax equity, equity and structured finance.
• Strong modelling, underwriting and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to lead FP&A, investment analysis or transaction teams.
• Experience presenting to Investment Committees or boards.

• Develop and execute the capital markets strategy with the CFO, CEO and executive team.
• Lead capital raising across project, portfolio, asset and corporate financing.
• Evaluate financing options including debt, tax equity and equity structures.
• Build financing strategies balancing cost of capital, liquidity and risk.
• Negotiate with banks, investors, private funds and lenders.
• Run end-to-end financing processes from market engagement to closing.
• Maintain and grow relationships with capital providers.
• Monitor market conditions and investment appetite.
• Advise on when to finance, refinance or monetize assets.
• Lead underwriting for community solar, DG and energy storage investments.
• Set underwriting standards and risk classifications.
• Own integrated enterprise models linking pipeline, assets and liquidity.
• Present financing recommendations to senior leadership and IC.
