Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA or CFA preferred for advanced roles.
• 5+ years in project finance with closing construction loans, tax equity, or permanent debt.

• Build and maintain project-level financial models for construction, tax equity and debt.
• Review lender/investor models, challenge assumptions and optimize structures.
• Lead financings from term sheet to close, negotiating terms and covenants.
• Coordinate diligence with Legal, ITC/PTC eligibility and compliance.
• Manage multiple transactions and relationships with lenders and sponsors.
