Qualifications

• 10+ years in energy/infrastructure project finance or investment banking.
• Established lender and tax-equity-investor relationships.
• SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate and structure project-finance debt for solar and storage projects.
• Lead negotiations of term sheets and credit agreements.
• Track capital-markets conditions and advise on financing timing.
