Job summary

DG Solar Company seeks a Senior Vice President to lead capital formation, structured finance, investment underwriting and financial planning for its growing solar and energy storage portfolio. Reporting to the CFO, you will shape financing strategies and manage end-to-end processes with senior leadership.

You will oversee capital markets activities, negotiate with global lenders and investors, and guide investment decisions across community solar, distributed generation and related assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required; MBA, CFA, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in capital markets, project finance or renewable energy finance.
• Experience raising and structuring capital for solar, energy storage or distributed generation assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the capital markets strategy with the CFO/CEO and leadership team.
• Lead capital raising across project, portfolio and corporate financing structures.
• Build financing strategies balancing cost of capital, liquidity and long-term enterprise value.
• Lead negotiations with banks, institutional investors, tax equity providers and other capital partners.
• Run financing processes end to end: market engagement, term sheets, diligence, documentation and closing.
