Job summary
DG Solar Company, a fast-growing developer of community solar, distributed generation and energy storage, seeks a Senior VP to lead capital formation, structured finance, and investment underwriting.
Reporting to the CFO, you will shape financing strategies, manage relationships with banks and investors, and drive capital allocation across the portfolio to accelerate growth and value creation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- MBA, CFA, CPA or another relevant advanced credential preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in capital markets, project finance or renewable energy finance.
- Proven ability to lead FP&A, underwriting and investment teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the capital markets strategy with the CFO, CEO and leadership team.
- Lead capital raising across project, portfolio, asset and corporate financing structures.
- Run financing processes end to end: market engagement, term sheets, diligence, documentation, closing and post-closing.
- Lead financial underwriting for community solar, distributed generation and energy storage investments.
- Provide executive oversight of project, portfolio, financing and enterprise financial models.
