As a senior specialist, you will negotiate complex terms, oversee risk, and lead cross‑selling initiatives while collaborating with senior leaders to expand portfolios and market reach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate banking environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Credit qualifications knowledge per portfolio requirements and standards.
• Seasoned professional with education, experience and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for complex client issues with strategic problem-solving.
• Lead structuring of high-value, complex deals and credit approvals.
• Oversee credit approvals and pricing coordination; advocate for client needs.
• Drive negotiations for high-value transactions and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage high-value client portfolios; drive cross-selling, retention and profitability.
• Develop and implement market coverage strategies; expand portfolios.
• Represent bank at industry forums; analyze trends and competition.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategies and deliver holistic solutions.
• Deliver performance reports on client satisfaction, market trends and initiatives.
