BMO Financial Group seeks an experienced relationship leader to drive business development and manage key client relationships in a dynamic market. You will work with senior leadership to structure complex deals, cross-sell products, and optimize revenue while ensuring risk controls are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Relationship Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate banking environment with sales metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, deal structuring and credit risk.

Responsabilités

• Develops new business by contacting prospects and clients and cross-selling bank products.
• Maintains strong client relationships and ensures high-value revenue generation.
• Structures complex deals and secures credit approvals with internal and external stakeholders.
• Reviews loan applications and cash management service agreements for accuracy and risk alignment.
• Provides strategic financial guidance and reports on team performance and market trends.
