Job summary

BNS Networks is seeking a commercially minded Senior Vice President and General Manager to own the division as a business. This role sets strategy, carries the number, runs the delivery organization, and builds a nationwide team for rapid growth in the AI infrastructure space.

You will own executive relationships with hyperscale and enterprise accounts, drive top-line growth, and shape pricing and margins across engagements while ensuring operational excellence and safety across all field

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the full profit and loss of the division, including revenue, gross margin, operating expense, EBITDA, and working capital.
Set and execute the division’s annual operating and multi-year strategic plan.
Lead nationwide delivery organization of field technicians, project managers, engineers, and ITAD operations.
Develop and maintain executive relationships with key customers and partners.
Shape pricing, commercial constructs, and margin discipline across engagements.
