The role requires a strong background in production support, incident management, batch monitoring, and cross-regional service delivery, with a focus on end-of-day processing and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 10–12 years IT experience; securities/financial services exposure is a plus.
• Experience supporting production platforms in a global financial services environment with exposure to trading, cash management, end-of-day processing, or batch operations
• Strong technical and operational support across application production support, incident management, batch monitoring, platform stability, and cross-regional service delivery
• Ability to manage high-priority issues with urgency and communicate clearly with both technology and business stakeholders in time-sensitive environments

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for the Securities Finance platform across trading, cash, and batch operations
• Support end-of-day processing and oversee critical operational activities
• Oversee critical batch processing functions to ensure stability and control across key workflows
