• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to maximise collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience implementing operational strategies to enhance working practices and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive analysis and strategic execution across Global Operations teams and regions by leading high‑impact initiatives.
• Serve as senior accountable owner for cross‑functional initiatives of strategic importance with alignment and delivery discipline.
• Translate operational, financial, and risk metrics into executive insights for leadership reviews.
• Act as trusted strategic partner translating priorities into executable plans and governance routines.
• Lead and govern strategic programs and transformation initiatives with direction and oversight.
• Collaborate with Global Operations leadership to align management, reporting, and execution with objectives.
• Enable data‑driven decision‑making by delivering high‑quality insights to support long‑term goals.
• Provide forward‑looking insights on client trends from historical data and emerging patterns.
