The role involves managing NAV finalization, P&L, and investor allocations across open-ended and closed-ended funds, and coordinating with Operations, IR, Tax, Legal, and Compliance. The ideal candidate has a CPA (preferred), 9+ years of fund accounting experience, and strong Excel and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 9+ years of fund accounting experience.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in overseeing fund accounting and treasury functions.
• Own NAV finalization, P&L, and investor allocations for funds.
• Coordinate with Operations, IR, Management Reporting, Tax, Legal, and Compliance.
• Review fees calculations and payments per governing documents.
• Review capital calls, distributions, and notices.
• Oversee financial statements prepared by external administrators.
• Prepare quarterly unaudited and annual audited financial statements.
• Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors.
• Review K-1s prepared by external tax preparer.
• Prepare monthly attribution reports and fund forecasts.
