Cantor Fitzgerald Asset Management in New York is seeking a Vice President, Fund Accounting & Transfer Agency Oversight to lead fund accounting operations and NAV governance across multiple investment products. You will serve as a liaison with third-party administrators, custodians, transfer agents, and auditors to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Investment Company Act of 1940 ('40 Act) fund structures and NAV oversight.
• Experience overseeing third-party fund administrators and transfer agents.
• CPA designation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily, monthly, and annual fund accounting activities performed by third-party administrators.
• Review NAV calculations, portfolio valuations, expense accruals, and financial reporting.
• Monitor service provider performance and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Coordinate audits, financial statement preparation, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Support the launch of new funds and investment products.
• Oversee transfer agency operations, including shareholder servicing, subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and account maintenance.
• Monitor transfer agent controls, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead process improvements and controls to enhance operational scalability.
