Job summary

Highgate is seeking a Senior Vice President, Finance and Shared Services to design, govern, and transform core finance shared services across the organization. Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Shared Services, Finance Operations, or Global Business Services.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale process transformation, automation, and shared services optimization.
• Strong working knowledge of AP, supplier management, procurement systems, daily revenue processes, and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Shared Services strategy and operating model.
• Lead monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and critical reporting for Select Service Hotels.
• Oversee AP, daily revenue postings, bank reconciliations, AR, cash management, and procurement system governance.
• Drive automation, AI-enabled transformation, and internal controls in a high‑performance environment.
