Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Senior Vice President, Finance & Shared Services based at our Irving, TX offices. This executive will design and lead the finance shared services framework, overseeing daily revenue processes, AP, bank reconciliations, and global journal entries to drive scale and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Shared Services, Finance Operations, or Global Business Services.
• Hospitality, real estate, or multi-unit environments experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AP, supplier management, procurement systems, daily revenue processes, and bank reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (APEX) and BirchStreet.
• Proven ability to design KPI frameworks and performance management models.
• Experience operating in PE-backed or high-growth environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Shared Services strategy aligning with corporate objectives.
• Design scalable operating models to support portfolio expansion and onboarding.
• Establish service catalogs, SLAs, and governance across shared services functions.
• Lead Select Service Hotel Accounting monthly statements and reconciliations.
• Oversee AP operations, daily income journal, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Champion automation and AI across shared services.
• Build KPI dashboards and management reporting.
