Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a seasoned executive to lead the Energy Infrastructure segment's finance function. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, partnering with five BUs to optimize margin and cash flow while guiding cost codes and earned value processes.

Responsibilities include collaborating with operations and BD on pursuit economics, integration planning for new acquisitions, and ensuring segment-wide compliance and effective reporting.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive finance leadership in construction/EPC/industrial services.
• 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role with P&L across multiple BUs.
• Experience building/ improving project controls and cost coding.
• Experience partnering with operations and BD on pursuit economics & contract structuring.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual segment budget and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Translate BU plans into a financial plan with headcount and pipeline focus.
• Lead LR planning including capital and working capital implications of direct-to-utility work.
• Provide diligence support and integration planning for new BU additions.
