Job summary

MasTec, through its Clean Energy & Infrastructure (CE&I) segment, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to lead strategic financial planning and governance for a broad infrastructure portfolio. The role reports to the CE&I CFO and collaborates with the Infrastructure EVP to drive disciplined growth and performance across multiple operating groups.

Location flexibility within the Continental United States is offered, with travel up to 50% to support on-site leadership and partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• CPA or CA designation preferred.
• Experience within a large, publicly traded organization strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a core member of the CE&I finance leadership team.
• Provide financial insights to drive disciplined capital allocation and performance.
• Oversee budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and operating reviews.
• Ensure internal and external financial reporting meets standards and SOX compliance.
• Drive finance transformation, ERP consolidations, and post-acquisition integration.
• Mentor and develop high-performing finance leaders across units.
